SECONDARY TICKET MARKET – PLEASE READ
Ed and his team once again have a strict stance against anyone using unofficial secondary ticketing sites. This is to prevent fans from being exploited when buying tickets to Ed’s concerts. The shows of this tour will be carried out with a specially developed mobile digital ticketing technology. It includes safeguards to ensure real fans buy real tickets, preventing unofficial secondary ticketing sites and unofficial ticket sellers from reselling tickets at inflated prices and ripping off fans. Ticket holders who cannot go to the concerts have the opportunity to sell their tickets to other fans at the point of original purchase via the official fan-to-fan resale platform at the original price + pre-sale fee.
The organizers urge all buyers to use only the official ticket websites listed on www.edsheeran.com, noting that Viagogo is not an official ticket seller for this tour. As with recent Ed Sheeran tours, promoters will be monitoring sales transactions in conjunction with the National Trading Standards Cyber Crime Team to identify purchases that violate Ed Sheeran ticket sales terms and conditions. All ticket purchases made in violation of these terms are subject to cancellation.
