Private life
The couple has known each other almost since childhood. According to Mirror, Cherry studied molecular biology in America and contacted Sheeran in 2015.
Shortly after 2015, the duo were often seen together. In January 2018, Ed Sheeran secretly married his girlfriend. He said it on Instagram after Cherry said yes.

The couple married in complete silence. Ed announced the birth of his firstborn in a photo in January 2020. Cherry’s pregnancy artist had previously kept this visually secret.
