Latvia’s Central Bank President Martin Kazaks has said it is not a smart idea to think the European Central Bank (ECB) will cut interest rates or stop raising them altogether in the first half of next year of interest rates to control inflation. He said this during a meeting in Santiago de Compostella, Spain.
