No time is wasted doing it. All you have to do is add olive oil, salt, pepper and a little white or red wine vinegar to Turkish or Greek yogurt. Vinegar gives the sauce a suitable acid.
– Mix the dressing with any salad. You get foodiness, taste and texture, says Mikkola.

Salad dressing from yogurt
2 dl Turkish or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
a pinch of salt and black pepper
1. Mix all the ingredients together and then add to the salad.
