Easy rolls without yeast

Quick rolls will save you when you crave fresh bread right away.

Quick rolls

8 dl wheat flour

2 dl rye flour

5-6 dl of water

2 tablespoons baking powder

2 teaspoons salt

3 tablespoons honey

1. Combine flour and salt, add honey and water. Mix the dough until smooth.

2. Using two spoons, lift the rolls onto baking paper on a baking sheet.

3. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
