How to make an apple pie

Ingredients: 4 apples, 4 eggs, 50 grams of butter, 300 ml of milk, 150 g of sugar, 150 g of flour, a sachet of yeast.

Elaboration: The first step to start preparing the apple pie is to peel and slice the apples.

Later, we will melt the butter to add it in a bowl with the eggs, the sugar, the flour, the milk and the yeast. We will beat everything until there are no lumps.

When we have the mixture ready, we will pour it into a mold and carefully place the apples on top.

Finally, we will introduce it in the microwave at medium power for no more than 5 minutes. The result will be spectacular.

How to make an apple cake

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 2 measures of sugar (breakfast cup), 3 measures of flour and a little aside, 1 cup of milk, zest of a lemon, 3 tablespoons of butter (at room temperature), 1 sachet of yeast (14-15 gr), 1 or 2 apples and 4 tablespoons of peach or apricot jam.

Elaboration: We cover a round or ring mold of about 23-30 cm with butter and sprinkle a little flour. Next, we move the mold in circles to distribute the flour well and we get rid of the excess. That way we can better unmold the cake after cooking.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, milk, oil, butter (which must be at room temperature, that is, in ointment) and the lemon zest with the whisk. It can be done by hand or with electric rods. It should be a set similar to that of a light or soft cream.

Then the flour and yeast are incorporated, stirring very gently with a rod, or better with a spatula, making enveloping movements so that the mixture does not fall. We will preheat the oven to 180º.

Next, pour the mixture into the mold and cover it with apple segments (the more segments, the juicier the cake will be). Cook in the oven at 180º for approximately 30 minutes or until it shows a golden color. You can prick with a stick after half an hour to see if the cake is curdled.

Before it cools down completely we can brush the surface of the dessert with the previously heated jam. If we spread the entire surface of the cake, it will better preserve its juiciness for longer.
