Potato risk

3 dl mashed potatoes or mashed potatoes

2 dl wheat flour

1 dl barley flour

1 egg

100 g of melted butter

2 teaspoons of salt

1. Combine all the ingredients and mix the dough until smooth.

2. Divide the dough into suitable sized parts and shape the dough on baking paper with a rolling pin or your fingers. When shaping the fingers, you can use coarse wheat flour so that the dough does not stick to the fingers.

3. Poke holes in the surface of the fritters with a fork. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 8 minutes. Grease the potato fritters with melted butter on both sides.
