The basic recipe for pannari dough is always the same, but you can easily vary the fillings to your liking. You should try, for example, fried mushrooms and fresh herbs.

Salty pannari is quick to prepare, so it saves you from food panic. Incredibly easy food for even a larger group. Grated cheese sprinkled on top completes the rich taste and brings more foodiness.

Remember that there should not be too much flour in the dough, but it should be as loose as shortbread dough. But eggs should be even more generous.

Broiler minced meat pan

Base:

4 eggs

3 dl wheat flour

6 dl of milk

1.5 teaspoons of salt

0.5 dl olive oil

Filling:

400 g ground chicken meat

1 chopped onion

1 tablespoon curry powder

0.5 dl sweet chili sauce

1 pot chopped coriander

3 cm piece of grated ginger

2 teaspoons of salt

2 dl grated cheese

1. Mix all the base ingredients together.

2. Prepare the filling. Brown the minced meat and add all the remaining ingredients except the grated cheese.

3. Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes to cook the onions.

4. Pour the batter on the baking paper on the baking sheet. Spread the filling evenly on the baking sheet. Finish with grated cheese. Cook in a 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Asian salad

300 g thick slices

100 g radish in thin slices

1 red chili sliced

1 pot of cilantro

2 dl sliced ​​spring onions

200 g sprouts

200 g sugar snap peas in strips

Sauce:

2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds

1 l lime juice

1 dl sesame oil

1 dl light soy sauce

0.5 dl rice vinegar

0.5 tsp black peppercorns
