The lamb can also be served in a more relaxed form than usual, namely in a burger.

The minced minced lamb makes a delicious steak. Roni Lehti

The sheep belong at the Easter table, there is no denying it.

If making mutton feels difficult, here’s the solution to the dilemma.

Roasting a lamb mince cannot fail. Of course, it should not be baked too dry either.

– A good burger leaves a steak, which this time, of course, is made from minced lamb. If possible, I bake the steaks myself in the yard on the grill. I would recommend the same to everyone else, Chef Risto Mikkola encourage.

He is an avid advocate of winter grilling. But even if you don’t have a barbecue through the winter, the barbecue season is starting to get close again.

At Easter, many bring out the grills on the winter rolls and tune in to the first heat. Even if the sun tunes in to its rays and the biggest snow mountains have diminished, nothing can stop you from grilling.

In addition to steak, an important part of a burger is a good roll. This burger has a pretzel roll, but many more are good. The stores currently have a very good selection of burger rolls.

– The bun should be suitably soft, but it should also be firm. The bun must not be too hectic, otherwise it will fall into the hands, Mikkola guides.

The Easter burger features sweet peppers, hot jalopeno and fresh yoghurt sauce.

Start assembling the burger from the bottom. Squeeze a strip of cucumber on it first, then put a steak on top and pepper, jalopenorelish, feta and spinach on top.
