Even parents with two left handicrafts can manage these small art actions. kids anyway
► K(r)esse heads: Does an egg break when you blow it out? Give it a second chance as a mini planter! Simply fill the empty bowl with cotton, pour some water over it, add 1 teaspoon of cress seeds on top. Draw on funny faces with an overhead marker and place in a bright place. After about five days, the hair sprout.
► Bunny Cheers: Got paper cups left over from last summer’s picnics? Then simply cut out long ears, whiskers and a snub nose from colored construction paper and glue them on. If you don’t have wobbly eyes, just draw them on with a permanent marker like the mouth.
► On hand: Even the little ones can do this! Apply finger paint to hand, press onto paper with a small gap between middle finger and ring finger. With the other hand, paint the index finger with a light color so that the inside of the ears print. Draw on your face with a sharpie – done!
► Natural print: Place a leaf or flower on top of a freshly washed white egg. Wrap the egg tightly in a piece of nylon stocking and tie off. Put in the prepared paint. Cut open the stocking, remove the leaf – the white imprint appears.
► Recycle chick: Empty toilet paper rolls don’t belong in the trash, but on the craft table! Wrap in yellow construction paper, glue on the triangular beak and googly eyes. Finally, glue on the feet and waddle away.
► Salt Dough Pendant: Whisk together 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of salt, and 1 cup of water. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 5 mm, cut out rabbits, chicks, eggs or similar, poke small holes in them. Bake at 50 °C for about an hour. Let it cool down, paint – off to the Easter bouquet!
► Smooth ironed: Fuse beads can be found in every child’s room. Why not conjure up a little rabbit out of it instead of the usual coasters? Looks much cuter on the Easter table.
