Tennis professional Daniel Altmaier (24) from Kempen missed the second round of the ATP tournament in Houston. Altmaier lost 4: 6, 6: 3, 3: 6 against the 25-year-old Australian Max Purcell on Good Friday.
The duel was initially broken off in the third set and a 4:3 lead for Purcell due to rain. After the unplanned break, from Altmaier’s point of view, there was still no turning point.
