Deceased Kimmo Blom has made many musicians sensitive. Having been ill for a long time, Blom’s death did not come as a complete surprise to many of his loved ones, but the sadness and longing are still strong.
Dyecrest posted his condolences on the band’s Facebook page.
The group wrote a touching message in which it is said that Blom was an incredible singer, a skilled songwriter and a warm friend.
The band says that they will miss Blom’s colorfulness and speed, and he will be remembered as a great stage personality.
Although he was not actively involved in the band’s activities in recent years, Blom’s handprint and voice will be heard on the upcoming Dyecrest album.
Blom has sung background vocals for several songs and has been involved in making several of the songs for the upcoming album.
The band sends its condolences to Blom’s loved ones and family.
At the end of the publication, the band writes that playing together is not completely over yet.
