Dybala, a joke from Oriana makes Roma fans tremble

The Argentine’s girlfriend jokes with “Dibu” Martinez who would like more national team mates at Aston Villa, telling him: “Bring Paulo with you”. And on social media it’s all hell

A joke that had far from positive repercussions on the mood of several Roman fans. The words of Oriana Sabatini, Paulo Dybala’s girlfriend, during the third episode of “Behindthegame” in which the model participated together with Ian Wright and “Dibu” Martinez sounded the alarm of the most apprehensive fans. The goalkeeper himself, one of the protagonists of Argentina’s victory in the last World Cup, declared during the live broadcast that he wanted to convince his club – Aston Villa – to buy other players from the Argentine national team. In particular, the goalkeeper spoke of Rodrigo De Paul, who could move to the Premier League after his experience at Atletico Madrid. But Martinez’s idea did not leave Oriana indifferent and she promptly replied: “No, bring Dybala”. The companion of the yellow and red number 21 then replied to Wright, who reminded Oriana of the period in which Manchester United were also interested in Joya: “You didn’t try hard enough!”.

SOCIAL REACTIONS

Dybala’s better half’s joke inevitably provoked the reaction of dozens of Roma fans. There are those who try to minimize the episode and make fun of a sudden market opportunity: “You could convince Martinez to move to Rome,” someone suggests on Twitter. But most of the comments are far from friendly: “Great team and what a beautiful city Birmingham! Good luck Oriana!”, “With these statements you have made a lot of friends” as well as countless invitations not to enter in professional matters concerning Dybala. In fact, in recent weeks the Argentine has not hidden that he feels at home in the capital and – without going too far – in a long interview with Dazn he hinted that he would not mind the idea of continuing his journey in Trigoria at all. Now, however, Oriana seems to have taken care of making the square tremble.
