While in Butja the corpses lie on the street and Zelensky speaks emphatically for the first time of genocide, the UN climate panel, the IPCC, sounds the alarm once again. After endless online consultation and therefore somewhat delayed, the latest IPCC report was published yesterday, the latest in a series of three. After that it will be quiet for a while, because the IPCC comes out once every seven to eight years with about three reports, which form the basis for all climate policies of governments worldwide.
