FIFA licensed referee Halil Umut Meler will officiate the match between Italy’s Lazio and Scotland’s Celtic teams in the 5th week of the UEFA Champions League Group E.
According to UEFA’s statement, Halil Umut Meler will blow the whistle in the match to be held at the Rome Olympic Stadium on Tuesday, November 28.
Meler’s assistants will be Mustafa Emre Eyisoy and Kerem Ersoy. The fourth referee of the fight will be Arda Kardeşler. Alper Ulusoy will also serve as video assistant referee.
