The 24-year-old Dutchman who was arrested Friday evening in Stuttgart for a stabbing in a South German primary school has confessed. The man randomly stabbed a 7-year-old girl and a 61-year-old woman at the school in nearby Esslingen, according to police. He is being held on suspicion of attempted manslaughter, police and the judiciary reported on Saturday.
