A 25-year-old Dutch woman was killed on Thursday in a shooting at a restaurant in the Colombian city of Leticia, local media reported on Wednesday. A Brazilian woman also died, while two others were injured.
Two men entered the southern city restaurant and opened fire. The victims were seriously injured and were taken to a hospital in the city.
Two of them, including the Dutch woman, died there from their injuries, the director of the local hospital said.
The assailants fled, after which the police opened a manhunt. The background of the shooting is still unknown.
