The Dutch IS woman Xaviera S. from Apeldoorn must still be prosecuted for allegedly looting in Syria, a war crime. She is the first to be prosecuted for this offense here in the Netherlands. She is also said to have threatened a Dutch columnist and a journalist with death from Syria. The woman herself blames her deceased husband.
