In the in-house duel, the foxes professionals beat their own talents from VfL Potsdam (Berlin’s farm team) 42:32 (21:15).

In front of 800 fans in Potsdam’s MBS Arena, Bob Hanning (54/trains the Potsdam team) and his own Füchse trainer Jaron Siewert (28) won’t duel because he’s absent due to illness. Assistant coach Max Rinderle takes over.

And after 30 minutes he lends his playmaker Nils Lichtlein (19) for the second half to the second division promoted team. A real friendly game. Rinderle laughs: “I discussed that with Bob Hanning beforehand. They were missing a left-hander, so we got their Maxim Orlov.” The 20-year-old previously scored his two goals for VfL. And Lichtlein scores twice for Potsdam.

The foxes start the season against Göppingen on September 4th.
