Zarema Musaeva, the wife of the former judge of the Supreme Court of Chechnya Saidi Yangulbaev, is in the special detention center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Chechen Republic, declared channel “360” Minister of Communications of the Republic Akhmed Dudayev. According to him, the woman was placed there for an administrative violation – an insult to a law enforcement officer.

“No kidnapping and a hint of any illegal actions on the part of the police officers were unequivocally taken. All actions of law enforcement agencies were carried out strictly within the framework of Russian legislation, ”says Dudayev.

According to him, Musaeva is in the status of a witness in a criminal case of fraud, and the investigation several times sent a summons to the place of residence of Yangulbaev and his wife demanding to come to testify, but there was no reaction from the spouses. “Then, the law enforcement officers left and, in cooperation with the local department of internal affairs in Nizhny Novgorod, jointly complied with the requirements of the law,” Dudayev said and called the actions of the security forces “the usual work of law enforcement officers.” According to him, Musayeva was provided with the necessary medicines.
