Through the merger, the companies want to become a major innovative player in the field of nutrition, personal care and well-being. DSM-Firmenich will have two head offices. One in Maastricht and one in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland.
Collaboration
The combination brings together Firmencish’s perfumery and flavor businesses and science platforms with DSM’s health and nutrition business and renowned scientific expertise. The new company will have four companies.
DSM-Firmenich continues to actively strengthen knowledge ecosystems in the Netherlands and collaborate with knowledge partners such as the Brightlands Campus in Geleen, PlanetB.io in Delft and Food Valley in Wageningen.
