Drunk martial artist beats federal police officer to hospital

On Thursday evening, a drunk hit a federal police officer at Alexanderplatz, leaving him hospitalized.

According to the police, the 37-year-old did not want to leave the bar on Alexanderplatz despite the landlady’s request. The landlady then approached two federal police officers on the street, who also asked the man to leave the bar.

Since the man also ignored the renewed request, according to the police, the federal police officers used force to take the 37-year-old onto the street. There the drunk is said to have hit one of the federal police officers several times in the face.

When he was subsequently arrested, the man is said to have defended himself with kicks and other martial arts techniques. The federal police officers then called for assistance and brought the drunk to the Alex station. There his fingerprints were taken and a blood test ordered by your judge.

According to the police, the beaten federal police officer could not continue his service. He remained stationary in a hospital.
