A drunk e-scooter driver was injured in an accident in Gosen-Neu Zittau (Oder-Spree). According to his own statements, the 35-year-old man collided with a dark blue car on Tuesday night, said the East Police Department in Frankfurt/Oder. A passer-by spotted the scooter driver and called the police. The man’s breath alcohol level was found to be just under two per thousand. The man, who said he had used drugs, was taken to hospital with shoulder and knee injuries. The criminal police are now looking for the driver of the car that the 35-year-old reported.
