A motorist hit a cyclist with a passenger and a pedestrian on the Nieuwe Prinsenkade in Breda on Friday night. Surveillance officers saw her then run off.
Boas and enforcers managed to arrest the motorist in Middellaan after all. She turned out to be drunk and without a driver’s license.
