Cash and Clocks
Jordan and Sven van H. (32) have been involved in hemp cuttings on a large scale, according to justice. The case came to light after five anonymous reports. In November 2021, the duo was arrested and the police seized about 10,000 cuttings. Police also took other items, which were described in a press statement as “cash, two Rolex watches and a luxury passenger car.”

Pure display of power
Nonsense, says Jordan’s lawyer Sandra Carli. “It concerns 1,600 euros in cash, one fake watch, a watch from his girlfriend and a lease car. And then the client is portrayed as a big crook. What I find really bad is that they are excavating a jacuzzi and swimming pool. nailed. We suggested alternatives, but were ignored. This was pure display of power.”

Expensive surgery
With the jacuzzi action, the judiciary wants to be sure that the State gets criminal money back. “But what do you think the whole operation cost?” counters Carli. Her client will be allowed to go home on Thursday, albeit under certain conditions.

Co-defendant Sven is also a free man from Thursday. “I am pleased that the court has taken into account the personal circumstances of my client,” says lawyer Francoise Landerloo. No items have been taken from Sven for the time being.
