Drug lord Kees has to go to jail for years, just like his wife Marie

Drug lord Kees F. has been sentenced to seven years in prison for large-scale drug production, drug trafficking and the trade in raw materials. De Tilburger ran laboratories where they made crystal meth, among other things. More years in prison hang over his head, because he has recently become embroiled in what may be an even bigger drug case.

The court in Den Bosch also sentenced F. (45) on Thursday for leading a professional criminal organization. And for money laundering through his capital villa in Poppel, where 1.7 million crime money has been invested. It is unclear where that money came from. The court sees F. as a ‘way of life’.

His wife Marie (41) also has to go to prison. She received two years in prison. The right-hand man and ‘violence man’ of F., Quincy S. (44) from Rotterdam, has to spend three years in prison. Everyone was silent during the trial. All three must serve their sentences immediately.

Hints
The police and judiciary had been hunting Kees F for a long time. In 2012 he was sentenced to five years in France for various drug crimes. In 2015, tips about him came in our country.

The hack at cryptotelephone service Ennetcom brought the police closer. F. also used Sky and Encrochat cell phones. The detective started a wiretapping operation in cars, among other things. In those conversations they heard Kees say: “But I, listen, I’m the boss of the place.” Others also called him “the boss.”

Labs
The investigators were able to establish a link between him and a crystal meth lab in the border region below Wernhout (Wuustwezel 2019) and a cocaine lab under construction that has never been found. F. housed a group of Colombians in Tilburg who worked in that lab. F. would also be behind a discovery of three kilos of coke in Aarhus, Denmark.

In the fall of 2019, the Belgian police raided his villa in Poppel, under the smoke of Goirle. Officially it was owned by a company in Liechtenstein. But the court thinks it was a cover. At his house, agents found a statue of a large bronze bull, known from Wall Street.

Nitrous oxide
Because the court case was delayed, the court allowed F. to await his trial in freedom. The police and the judiciary think he went wrong again. They saw him appearing in the chats of cryptophones of the Exclu brand.

The Belgians also saw him doing illegal things. He would have traded in tens of thousands of kilos of laughing gas. This earned him the nickname of ‘laughing gas king’.

In February this year, F. was arrested again. And again for large-scale drug trafficking. Together with a group of ex-Satudarah leaders, he is said to have been busy setting up drug labs in Overasselt in Gelderland and Kortemark in West Flanders. The police and judiciary strongly suspect that F. is at the top of the synthetic drug world.

The trial on those cases started a few weeks ago before the court in Breda.
