Drug and arms dealer was ‘at home in all markets’

A 36-year-old man who was arrested at home in Eindhoven in March is suspected of drug and arms trafficking. Justice wants the man to disappear behind bars for six years.

The man emerged as a suspect in an investigation into drug trafficking. With a PGP phone as his main means of communication, he was very active in the market.

Heavy criminality
The public prosecutor therefore demanded a long prison sentence against the man. “I can only conclude that he was heavily involved in organized and serious crime.”

According to the judiciary, the Eindhoven resident is at home in all markets and, in his own words, could deliver good quality. During the extensive investigation, an image emerged of someone who was involved in the trade in various hard drugs on an almost daily basis.

Arms trade
The man is also said to have been involved in the arms trade. There are several PGP messages in which, among other things, machine gun, 9mm and silencer were discussed. The verdict in the case is in two weeks.
