Heavy crash on Monday morning in Kreuzberg!
At around 1.45 a.m. the driver of an Opel Corsa landed on a tree on the median of Zossener Strasse.
According to initial information, the man is said to have turned off the Waterloo shore onto Zossener Straße at far too high a speed. Shortly before, he had escaped a police check.
The driver was arrested on the spot and the Opel secured. The police are investigating why he wanted to evade control.
