A very serious accident happened in the Veurnestraat in Vleteren on Saturday afternoon. A Pick-up crashed into the facade of a house. The driver, a 65-year-old man from Bergen, died. His passenger, a 42-year-old woman, was taken to hospital in critical condition. The driver may have become unwell behind the wheel.
