The driver who killed six carnival celebrants in a Walloon village on Sunday morning may have been drinking. A breathalyzer of one of the occupants of the car was positive. Further investigation must show whether the man behind the wheel was intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs, the Belgian Public Prosecution Service said.
