Dries Roelvink and Viola Holt want Paul de Leeuw off the air quickly

Dries Roelvink and Viola Holt want the Paul de Leeuw show Hotel Hollandia to disappear from the air as quickly as possible. They think it is unwise to keep this program on the channel.

Paul de Leeuw has already had a lot of shit thrown at him because of his failed TV show Hotel Hollandia. The cabaret in the program is particularly cringeworthy, because the rest is not too bad, especially now that there are no Rachel Hazes and Rob Kemps-like types in the show anymore. That was a complete mega blunder.

Dries inexorably

In fact, almost everyone has burned down Paul’s hotel program, but now the Story prominent panel is also getting over it. Which celebrities does the presenter receive support from and who will fire him down hard?

In any case, Dries Roelvink and Viola Holt give him the best they can. According to them, it is better to simply stop Hotel Hollandia immediately. The folk singer in particular is really unrelenting about his showbiz colleague. “This program is really not possible on Saturday evenings,” he says firmly.

What does Viola think?

Viola, who came out of mothballs especially for this panel of prominent figures, completely agrees. She also thinks that Paul should be off the tube. “It’s poorly executed, weak cabaret. Lubach is doing much better.”

So, so, so. How hard all those celebrities are for Paul. One more: Ria Valk. She says: “I was looking forward to this programme. A mix of talk show and cabaret. But after twenty minutes I started zapping.”

Still off the tube?

The final blow for Paul. Will Hotel Hollandia still go off the air? So far, the program has attracted 100,000 viewers last weekend.

Marijke Helwegen believes that we should keep calm. She concludes: “As long as Paul still believes in it, just continue. He knows when to stop.”
