The Drents Museum has the painting Baboom purchased from Tilo Baumgärtel. The work can be seen in the exhibition Tilo Baumgärtel-Das selbe Wasser in the Drents Museum.
Baumgärtel completed the work a few days before the opening of the exhibition.
The work is an addition to the collection of Leipziger Schule works that the museum already has. Baboom is inspired by a dream Baumgärtel had about a journey through the jungle with his girlfriend.
