The most interesting game of the day

The league offers several extremely interesting matches on Saturday.

In Helsinki, HIFK is trying to get its course to turn around before it really starts to worry. In Oulu, Kärpi will have the opportunity to extend their winning streak against the top-ranked HPK, and Ilves will also have the opportunity to continue their undefeated run at the beginning of the season in Lahti against Pelicans.

In Jyväskylä, on the other hand, the strengthened JYP is trying to make its game work against SaiPa, an opponent that suits it in principle.

Still, I pick West Coast Derby’s TPS–Lukko as the most delicious fight of the evening. The tingling basic premise is warmed by the fact that Lukko literally crushed Turku in the teams’ previous match, played in Rauma a week ago. At that time, TPS returned home from their trip to Rauma on Saturday with a 0–6 loss.

Since then, Palloseura hasn’t lost. The feedback after the smash could be sharp.

The revenge mentality is very likely almost palpable in the TPS–Lukko match. The players’ nerve control can even be raised as one of the decisive issues to be followed in the match.

From the meeting a week ago, it is worth noting that even though the TPS was unusually loose in the match, the scorers of the game went exactly 2-2.

I myself have been on different lines with Veikkaus about Luko’s strength throughout the season. I still don’t put the team at the very top of the league with these screens.

I am clearly in favor of TPS in this match as well. The team’s playing has improved and intensified significantly, for example, from the CHL matches played before the League. From a betting point of view, the match is interesting also because Veikkaus considers the Romanians as favorites in Turku, and I myself disagree.

Even at the player level, the match has several interesting nuances. Lassi Lehtinen wasn’t in the goal of TPS last time suffering humiliation in Rauma. Now Luko’s former number one goalkeeper gets to show his talents to his former club.

From Luko’s team, in a slightly similar position is the first chain berth Josh Kestner, who played a dream season in Palloseura a couple of years ago (powers in 59 matches 24+25=49). A return to the Gatorade Center is sure to ignite the Yankees.

Still, the most followed player in the match is the young 21-year-old TPS Valtteri Pulli. Before this season in the league, the defender järkäle, who played 46 matches (including the playoffs) with an output of 0+3, has now at the beginning of the season already hit an output of 1+4 and has risen to the top of the league’s defenders’ points market. Big man, smooth movement.

In terms of betting, there are no two words about which of the teams tastes better today. Veikkaus offers TPS the highest odds on the market both for the actual game time win (2.54) and for the final win (1.90).

Both are even marginal odds, but let’s raise the final win as the main tip. TPS–Lukko starts at 17:00.

The best betting tip of the day

Saturday’s best long-shot search can be found in the Swiss league.

The first three rounds of the series were, for example, confusingly low-scoring compared to last season. In terms of gameplay, however, there have been no signs of at least less scoring in the nature of the matches – quite the opposite, as the games have been kept at a frenetic pace from end to end.

There would be no logic in the number of goals decreasing, as much more scoring power has entered the series for this season.

On Friday, in the fourth round, there was a lot of excitement, when a total of 41 goals were scored in regular time in six matches (6.8 per match). I believe that the goal-scoring trend is a fairly permanent quality in the Swiss league.

Last season, the goal average of regular season matches in the Swiss league was 5.61 goals per game. Friday’s round already raised this season’s average to five goals (5.04). The number will probably increase in the future as well.

Saturday’s best overmatch can be found in the match Ambri Piotta–Servette. After the tight first matches, both Ambri Piotta’s and Servette’s matches have been scored with great care. Ambri Piotta’s 16 in the previous two matches and Servette’s 14 in the previous two matches.

Both teams are so offensively powerful that I personally think a result of more than 5.5 goals is more likely than being under 5.5 goals. Veikkaus surprisingly disagrees with the matter and the 1.98 offered for more than 5.5 goals is very good for the coupon with an estimate of 52 percent.

Ambri Piotta–Servette starts at 20:45.

Games of the day: Ambri Piotta–Servette, over 5.5 goals (coefficient 1.98).
