The draw for the last 16 rounds in the UEFA Champions League will start at 14.00 GMT. In the UEFA Europa League, the play-off round matches will be held at the draw ceremony, which will start at 15.00 GMT.
Galatasaray, which qualified for the Europa League play-offs by finishing third in Group A in the Champions League, will not be seeded in the draw.
