Dranouter Festival ready for 40,000 music fans

One of the highlights this year will be the one-off performance of “‘t Beste van ‘t Westen”, with Flip Kowlier, Brihang and De Dolfijntjes. Dranouter Festival runs through Sunday.

Two more sleeps and then the partying starts again in Dranouter. On Thursday evening, Preuteleute, among others, will kick off the prefestival, which is free for residents of Heuvelland and for those who have a weekend ticket.

“It is a complete festival with different stages”, says Bavo Vanden Broeck of Dranouter Festival.

Almost sold out

After a call for extra volunteers, Dranouter found more than 850 employees.
