A woman in the Walloon village of Frameries has died after she was hit by a car by her husband on Wednesday morning. The authorities confirm that. The facts occurred around 8 am at the crossroads of Rue Firmin Pierard and Rue de Lambrechies in Frameries, in the province of Hainaut.

The mayor of the Hainaut municipality, Jean-Marc Dupont, confirms to Belga that it is a deliberate collision, something that can also be heard from the local police.
