Ukrainian basketball player Volodymyr Yermakov (17) was stabbed to death in Düsseldorf during a “racist attack”. This was reported by the Kiev Basketball Federation. A large gang of young men attacked him and a teammate – who is still in intensive care – in the street. According to the basketball federation, the attackers shouted “pro-Russian slogans” during the stabbing.
