Robert Terpstra describes the liberation of Kampen through the eyes of Warner Pap (95): ‘It’s still possible’
Warner Pap and the liberation of Kampen: that is the title of the second book that Kampenaar Robert Terpstra (54) has written about the events surrounding the liberation of Kampen. Terpstra spoke at length with the ‘liberator of Kampen’ who rowed the Canadians across the IJssel on April 17, 1945, and discovered that much had happened to Warner Pap before that time as well.
