On Sunday (October 16) FC Barcelona played “El Classico” against Real Madrid – and Drake lost over $830,000 as a result. The rapper made a bet in which he hoped not only for FC Barcelona to win, but also for Arsenal FC.
The London football club beat Leeds United 1-0, but Barcelona lost 3-1 to Real Madrid. As a result, Drake’s bet slip bounced and he lost all of his wagered money.

As part of this campaign, Drake was celebrated as the first artist on the platform to reach over 50 billion streams.
