Dozens of people may be under rubble after Russian bombing

More than 30 people may be under the rubble of a flat hit by Russian bombs in Ukraine’s Donetsk region. Six people have died as a result, the regional governor said.

In a message to Telegram, Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said the flat in Chasiv Yar city was bombed on Saturday night. Five injured people have since been taken to safety.

Ukrainian President’s Chief of Staff Andriy Yermak called the attack on Telegram “another terror attack” and said Russia should be designated a “state sponsor of terrorism”.

Russia denies that the army is attacking civilian targets.
