In recent days, dozens of packages, each containing about a kilo of cocaine, have washed up in the popular northern French seaside resort of Le Touquet (Pas-de-Calais). A walker bumped into such a package on Sunday and took it to the police. He then went looking and found many more scattered along the coast.
