After a tree fell over in the Helperzoom in Groningen, dozens of dead crows were found yesterday. Animal Ambulance Groningen reports this on Facebook. The tree was blown down by the strong wind. Most of the crows got entangled in and under the branches, some ended up in the water. Employees of the Animal Ambulance had to pick up 87 dead crows. In addition, the severely injured crows were taken to the vet for euthanasia. Slightly injured crows had to rest in the game room.
