The fire in the city east of Havana, according to authorities, started in a crude oil storage tank Friday night after a lightning strike. According to Cuban media, the fire is not yet under control. A total of 52 people were treated in the hospital, the director of the hospital Faustino Pérez in Matanzas, Taimí Martínez, announced. Ten of the victims were seriously injured.
