Police in the Canadian capital Ottawa on Saturday swept the area near parliament where demonstrations have been going on for weeks. After more than a hundred arrests had already been made on Friday, officers used pepper spray and flash grenades on Saturday to put an end to the ‘freedom convoy’. In two days, 170 people were arrested, the police said.
