They are almost certainly the youngest and oldest chip shop in the country. Together they are just under a hundred years old: Hendrik is barely 17 and Freddy is already 81. Both run a chip shop in the heart of Ghent. For HLN, the old age dean went to eat a small one with stew at the jeune premier. They not only share their passion, but also wise advice for the perfect fries.
