A US study found that parents may trust artificial intelligence rather than a real doctor when looking for information affecting their children’s health. According to a recent study published in the Journal of Pediatric Psychology, American parents may trust the text produced by the ChatGPT artificial intelligence model more than a real human doctor when they do not know the text was created by artificial intelligence. A total of 116 parents between the ages of 18 and 65 participated in the study conducted at the University of Kansas.
