Donny Roelvink is really done with Renze Klamer. He believes that talk show host Arie Boomsma has questioned far too critically about giving nutritional advice. “Pickles!”
Many celebrities nowadays wear trousers that are much too big and give their followers all kinds of advice about nutrition, diets and supplements, including Arie Boomsma. The dumbbell minister continuously shouts out which vitamins and minerals people need and that is not without reason, because the 49-year-old multi-millionaire has a commercial interest in it.
Donny is pissed
Renze Klamer had Arie on the show on Tuesday evening to interview him about his new book, but also asked him critically about all the nutritional advice he gives. And that was against the sore leg. Arie wants uncritical promotion for his new work and has absolutely no desire for a critical approach. “I could have been in bed right now.”
When Arie returns to the interview the next day – yesterday evening – via Instagram, celebrity son Donny Roelvink responds by saying that he thinks Renze is a very sour boy. “The sourness dripped off the table at Renze. You have expressed yourself like a king there friend 💪🏻🤍,” said the fitfluencer.
Not sharp
Arie expresses his gratitude to Donny. He has no desire to ever join Renze again. He has now officially been named enemy number one of supplement enthusiasts: “I wasn’t aware of it enough myself. But anyway, a shame about the conversation. Came there for my book… 💪🏼💕”
There are also celebrities who subtly support Arie, such as the eternal Bas Smit. He posted one last night story that he is so feverish, with a lot of supplements on the table in front of him, including those from Arie’s brand: “I have to arm myself against viruses,” it says.
‘I feel good’
Patty Brard is also in Camp Arie. She posts a photo with her whole hand full of pills. “To each his own guys… I feel good about it! Dietary supplements,” says the TV diva, who then takes twelve pills at once. Spoiler: she’s still alive.
Tim Hofman places under Arie’s post a whole sermon, summarized in one sentence as: before using supplements, it is better to have your blood taken. The length of Tim’s response is quite witty, because he pretends that he is some kind of authority in this area. His story is also quite similar to Renze’s.
What does Arie think?
What does Arie think of Tim’s sermon? “Tim, that is indeed an interesting conversation. But that’s actually more about the marketing of ‘health’. Exactly where this discussion in mainstream media keeps going wrong. Because then people say that supps are unnecessary. Which is of course incorrect.”
Who wins this one battle of the supplements? One thing is certain: Arie will certainly emerge from the battle battered…
