Play-offs are generally exciting and the pinnacle of basketball competitions, but the conclusion of the Dutch first phase of the BNXT League is also impressive in terms of denouement. For Donar it is a matter of doing everything possible to qualify for the Elite Gold of the BNXT League, in which five Dutch clubs compete against the best five clubs from Belgium. To belong to the best five Dutch clubs, the Groningen basketball pride is, mainly due to a bad start to the season, still involved in a fierce battle with no less than five other teams, two of whom are the hare.
