Actor Antti Litja has passed away last night from a sudden serious illness.

Litja’s last film was released in 2014 mind blowing, in which he played the lead role in The Madman. In the same year, Litja had a cerebral infarction, after which she ended her acting career.

Dome Karukoski, who directed the film, wrote a beautiful text about Litja on his Instagram account with pictures.

– Friend. Icon. The real rascal Antti Litja has died. He was without a doubt one of the best actors I have ever worked with and will ever work with. The man with a thousand stories.

– He had a past that made him a generous and wonderful person. He affected me in a way I can’t describe. He taught me so much. I will miss him very much. Yes, I was so upset when they took away a good man. Rest in peace Antti. Thank you.
