The two -minute video is filmed in studio facilities. Parton has been photographing an advertisement for the country radio broadcast Grand Ole Opry.
– Recently, everyone has thought that I am more sick than I am. Do I look sick? I work hard, Parton says in the video.
Parton says in the video he wants to calm fans. He also thanks for the prayers he received.
– I want you to know I’m fine.
Parton admits that he has also had worries. He says he couldn’t take care of himself when his husband Carl died earlier this year. The doctors told the partner that it is now time to get things right.
– It wasn’t a big thing. A few gigs had to be canceled so I could be closer to home. But I want you to know that I’m not dying, Parton says in the video.
Parton also commented on the artificial intelligence picture in which he and the country artist Reba Mcentire are lying on their death bed.
– We both looked like we should be buried, Parton laughs.
Parton sums up that all kinds of rumors have moved, but he is fine.
– I’m not ready to die yet, and I don’t think God has still had enough of me.
